Founded in 1999, Bucks County based LITTLE Builders Inc. has completed more than $100 million in commercial & residential construction projects in the Delaware Valley.

As a General Contractor, we have achieved success in varying types of new construction and renovation projects. Projects we have completed include Heath Care Facilities, Schools, Religious Institutions, Office Building Fit-outs and Expansions, Retail and Residential Development.

In the field of Construction Management we have a great record for completing projects on time and on budget. We take an active role the moment a design team is selected, working with Owners and Architects to produce reliable budgets, realistic schedules and informative Bid Packages. A successful project starts with having Plans and Specifications that provide a clear scope of work, and if necessary providing Addenda, as well as answers to all Requests for Information.

LBI Construction has emerged through recessions and navigated around a global pandemic with a renewed, wiser philosophy, which has led us into new markets. Under our new identity, we have directed a majority of our energy towards Health Care Facilities, Private Business Development and Light Commercial work. While we will continue to compete for Public Work, we have found it much more rewarding to dedicate our services to clients whom we can build strong relationships with and projects that have a terrific benefit to our communities.
