Project Manager
LBI Construction is looking for an individual who has at least five (5) years of working experience as a Project Management (PM) in Commercial Construction. The tasks of the PM would consists of Estimating, Reviewing Scope of Work, Project Scheduling, Writing/Reviewing contracts, reviewing Submittals and Quality/Safety Controls on all Construction sites.
Superintendent
LBI Construction is looking for an individual who has at least five (5) years working experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent. The role of the Superintendent consists of insuring project safety at all times, reading blueprints, overseeing quality work is being performed by all trades and keeping projects on schedule and budget.
